QLETLI®, as the first approved Humira® biosimilar in China, is currently indicated for the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, Crohn's disease, and uveitis. QLETLI® exhibits high specificity in binding to both soluble and membrane-bound tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), thereby effectively blocking its interaction with the p55 and p75 cell surface TNF receptors. This neutralization of TNF‑α bioactivity forms the basis of its therapeutic effect. QLETLI is also approved in the UK.
